To bring this value to life, we crafted and launched a series of targeted campaigns, each built with messaging tailored to specific audiences and business needs.

Our Approach

Using a business-to-people (B2P) strategy, we redefined AT&T Business’s tone to move beyond traditional corporate speak and connect authentically with real users. By aligning messaging with audience intent and behavior, we created content that was both approachable and insight-driven. Our art direction was closely integrated with this approach — leveraging clean, modular layouts, intuitive hierarchy, and responsive design systems to engage both small business owners and enterprise decision-makers across digital touchpoints.

We fashioned fully integrated campaigns for AT&T Business — from large-scale activations like Summit C-Suite events that painted the town blue in Dallas, supported by full-week media buys, to hyper-targeted digital campaigns for small businesses and key markets like Chicago. Spanning industries such as healthcare and retail, our work delivered tailored messaging across every touchpoint.
